| Ming Dynasty is a system of local administration in the history of an important stage of nexus,early following the system of the Yuan Dynasty's executive secretariat. Hongwu abolished nine provinces in order to strengthen central authority, and make the "three division discrete"system. Buzhengsi system is one of the local administrative system of the Ming Dynasty normal form, and constitutes the main administrative divisions of Ming Dynasty.Generally speaking, there are two kinds of structures:three levels (Buzhengsi, Fu/Zhili state, county) and four levels (Buzhengsi, Fu, scattered state, county).And other kinds of strutures also played the important part of the administrative divisions.In addition, the Ming Dynasty had a meaning of "quasi-political zones' such as the late Ming Dynasty setting up all over the country's governor with its increasingly normal and immobilized. But with the administrative division of some properties,buzhengsi, anchasi and other provincial agencies dispatched by the various geographical area.Shaanxi is one of the largest provincial-level administrative regions of the Ming Dynasty,locating in the northwest frontier with the various types of administrative divisions. fShaanxi buzhengsi, fu, zhili state and county is the main administrative divisions of Shaanxi, which covered most parts of the province.Shaanxi Dusi and Shaanxin Xingdusi have jurisdiction over a large number of rows division, mainly in the provinces throughout the northwest, north and southwest,accounting for half of the Ming Dynasty in Shaanxi. In addition, the goverment had set up, Shaanxi, Yan Sui, Ningxia, Gansu and triangular governor in Shaanxi Province. The first chapter introduces the political geography pattern of shaanxi in ming dynasty and the local administrative system of ming dynasty. This is the basis for this study.
