Comparative construction is an important grammar point in Chinese language. And it's difficult for foreign students in the process of learning. Vietnamese students made a lot of errors when learning and using comparative construction. This article will first make a comparison of grammar characteristics between Chinese and Vietnamese, and then analyze the types of errors and the causes of the Vietnamese students. On this basis, some teaching strategies of comparative construction will be proposed.Except for the preface, conclusion and appendixes, the whole thesis consists of three chapters:The first chapter first outlines comparative construction of Chinese and Vietnamese, then analyzes the similarities and differences of them in structures and forms.The second chapter uses the error analysis method, by analyzing the collected original corpus and testing of questionnaire, from wrong order, omission, misuse, plus four aspects analyzes the errors made by Vietnamese students in compared marks, compared items and conclusion items, analyze the reasons lead to those errors, and also provides a statistical result of distribution situation in the beginning, middle and high Chinese levels.The third chapter, from the above induction and analysis, mainly discusses the "Bi" textbooks and classroom teaching, thus makes some recommendations for improvement in the preparation of teaching materials, classroom teaching method and the quality of teachers.
