.20 1950s Chinese Learning Experience In The Construction In The Soviet Union (1949-1956)

After World Warâ…¡, the Soviet Union became not only the world's superpower,but also a powerful chief of world's two dominance patterns. The achievements which the Soviet Union made was shocking for people of the Communist Party of China who were determined to achieve the liberation of the people and prosperity of the country. So after the new China was founded, in the external and internal conditions, China embarked on a learning path of building socialism of the Soviet Union and launched a full range of construction experience in various fields.Studying this history, on one hand, we must affirm its necessity and the great achievements gained through learning; on the other hand, we should analyse problems of the learning process. The paper mainly analyzes causes of the Study of Soviet Union's Founding Experience, tortuous process, actual performance and impact in China on the basis of the subtle changes of Sino-Soviet relations and the subsequent alliance between the two countries. Through the analysis, the paper tries to draw a perspective interpretation of this special history of fifty years. The paper can be divided into seven parts:First is the introduction. This part mainly discusses the significance, current situation, research methods and innovations.These presentations demonstrate that the paper is viable.Second is the body. This part is divided into five chapters in the content. Chapter I analyzes the reasons why China learned the Soviet Union from history and reality. Chapter II analyzes how China learned the Soviet Union and described the founding of new China routes and the cooperation of industrialization and agricultural of the major party leaders.Chapterâ…¢introduces the specific performance of a comprehensive study of the Soviet Union, including political, economic, educational, scientific, cultural and military. Chapterâ…£points out that the study is not a full copy, but is a reservation and innovation in the process of learning,although in today's perspective,this innovation is still limited, it is important in the environment of international and domestic development at that time. Chapter V makes a comprehensive and objective evaluation of the campaign China launched to learn the Soviet Union, pointing out that the study is necessary and progressive in the beginning of founding of new China. This chapter also evaluates the history of that time objectively from positive and negative aspects the study brings to new China, and provides enlightenment about socialist construction of Chinese characteristic.The conclusion summarizes the paper, pointing out that learning from foreign experience should not only pay attention to the methods, but also take national condition into consideration and separate ideological differences and means of socialist construction. From the paper, we can come to a conclusion that learning from foreign experience should keep a clear mind for any country in the present or future. Only by adhering to this truth can a country get rapid and effective development and progress.
