In the history of the art, the animal has been the favorite subject of the artists. Animal oil paintings in the theme of the history of Western art has taken important position. The performance of oil in animal images and the relationship between people and animals of the art also constitute an important development in contemporary art proposition.This paper are illustrated in the way of general framework throughout the whole paper:Chapter1 is the expression of the artistic expression of the animal by human plays an important role in history and noted that with changing times, the human attitude to animals and between humans and animals involves a delicate and constantly changing process of the relationship.
