With the influence of the local culture, the Shandong TV play showed several aesthetic characteristics as below: It is occupied by the deep conventional ideas in the functionit is controlled by the distinct ideologyit respected the truth of the history and didn't play tricks on itit is orientated by the conventional ethicsit valued the collectivity and blood relationship at the coreit indicated people-orientated ideas and dcep care for the people in displaying their conditions of living and working. But there remained many internal regrets in these achivements because the advancement of the quantity was not equal to its quality,much more the olassic works which could endure the examination of the people and the timc.Faced with the reality, the play- markers have taken efforts to tackle the proplem.They enhanced the factors of entertainment,popularized the ideology,developed the new moralitylinked the spirit of the history with the mordern ideas.Their honour and dreams of rejuvenating the Shandong TV play will be realized in the future.
