The technology of computer network is the most beautifiol scenery in the 20th century. Its wide expansion has made human into network era. Just as any progress in science and technology will make more promotion than others, the development of network has provided a rare chance for the human's moral progress. Network technology has brought out viewpoint reformation in value > morality and evaluation standard, forming a series of value viewpoint and moral spirit that are in harmony with modern time and promoting the course of moral development. However, the network is a double-bladed sword. It results in many negative effects even serious moral crisis. With the development of network , it is being more and more stranded in information pollution N moral relativism and anarchism. Especially for the teen-agers, they are so easily indulged in network that some irregularly moral phenomena such as value perplexity N self perplexity % responsibility lac^ abnormal personality ,and even serious crimes have come intobeing. Therefore paying attention to the study of network moral education % taking active in looking for educational methods and minimizing the negative influence have been the currently main problems. It is well known that the competition of the world today is in fact that of science and technology. In the final analysis, it is the competition of education and talents. The global network society is pounding education from technology and thoughts. With more and more network used in education, it will inevitably produce a series of fundamental changes in moral contents ^ methods and modes. So moral education must respond actively to that and race to control the climax of network education. We should not only concern about the emotion ^ will and moral development, but also strive to promote their psychological quality of morality, so that the Great Wall of healthy personality will be built up.To people's joy, these problems have been noticed by some sensible people. And the author herself also has studied network moral education with the help of INTERNET. I take advantage of investigation method to focus on valuable information, and in time induce ^ outline and elevate. In addition, I use comparison method in some concepts N categories and phenomena. For example, the differences between network morality and traditional morality as well as the respective countermeasures are included. So the contents can be joined together tightly and profoundly inorder to provide help for readers and direct educational practice. The achievements in this paper are the concerned countermeasures that are practical as well as theoretical to some degree in addition to the relatively overall induction and analysis for irregular moral phenomena. My new viewpoints: valuing the moral initiation and advocating social activities. Especially the fundamental countermeasure that is to make students learn to choose is a new wording. But because network moral education is still a relatively new problem which has not much data can be found, I feel I have difficulty in attaining experts' requirements on the condition of my time> energy and learning level. This paper includes two parts. In the former, I firstly define some concerned terms, then analyze various irregular moral phenomena and current educational reality from moral consciousness % regulation and behavior. The latter is the nucleus of the paper including normal and fundamental countermeasures or advice.Above all, this paper analyzes the negative effects of network on the basis of some irregularmoral phenomena and poses several countermeasures or advice for us. It tries giving counsel and providing active reference for the harmony between moral education and network development.
