To Causal Laws From Causal Role

This thesis is concerned with the question of the nature of causation and abstract idea . Approaching from the study of Hume and Locke's theory of perception and causality, this thesis explores the process of cognition from Particulars to Universals, the original abstracting, the structure of concepts and the affinities between causal relations (between particular states of affairs ) and causal laws (between abstract ideal).
