At the present, there is a little of description and analysis of that merchant capital moving in the Western Europe during the Transitional Period. In view of this, the article will choose this topic as the subject of the master's paper.Besides the straight matter and concluding remarks, this article consists of three parts.This first one mainly probes into the chief causes of the capital flowing. The causes are largely composed of three points: tending to the money center; Being compelled by inflation and influenced by the varied rates in the commerce.The second part analyses the process of the flowing. It concludes four phases. The moving capital Hows towards Antwerp --> Mediterranean (Genoa, the core) --> Amsterdam --> London.The flowing influence is the Part three of this paper. This part concludes the main impacts coming from the flowing. The first impact is that the flowing makes the center of the economic body shift completely; the next accelerates the decline of the capital dominance in this age; The flowing is conducive to the making of the capitalist economic system, which is the final part of the paper.
