The apriority of moral laws is a marked characteristic and a central question in the system of Kant's moral philosophy, which has the inevitable relation with the universality of the moral laws. In this thesis I mainly discuss the moral laws presented in Fundamental Principles of the Metaphysic of Morals and Critique of Practical Reason, and analyze their transzendental characteristics. On the basis of discussion and analysis, I distinguish the advantage and disadvantage of the apriority of the moral laws, and think carefully about the moral principle. In the first section of this thesis, I analyse Kant's moral laws and point out the whole process for Kant to prove the moral laws. In the second section, I illuminate the transzendental characteristics of the moral laws. The third section is for the analysis of the advantage and disadvantage of the apriority of the moral laws. Finally, I manage to explore the reasonable moral law, which will fit in with our moral life properly.
