On The Cultural Nationality And Its Construction

Culture, is the special phenomenon in human society as the way of human existence. But, owing to the difference of the environment which people depend on and the period which society develop on, human produce all kinds of culture, then form the clear the nationality of culture. The article tried to provide new visual angle from the nationality of culture and global period background. It divided three parts. The first part is the main theory of the article, it analyzed mainly the essence,character and value of the nationality of culture. The nationality of culture is the premise and condition of the nation as the living wisdom and basement of national member. The second part is about the thought of the nationality of culture in the global background. In modern time, it has no doubt about the globalization tendency. The essence of the globalization is that every national state seek the maximum benefits of their own, so that "The powerful culture" permeate and dominate "The weak culture" has caused that every national state attached importance to their culture. The problem of the nationality of culture is the very important problem about the national sovereignty. The third part discusses the problem of the construction of Chinese culture. The development of modern time means that if Chinese culture wants to exist and develop, it must maintain its own character－－Chinese cultural character. So, we should keep "the Reform and Open" policy and take an active part in the cultural exchange, build up the confidence and the creativity of our own culture. In order to develop the advanced culture with Chinese character by strength the national power,developing the economy of national culture and improving the quality of people with bringing forth new ideas continuously.
