This paper deals the issue from an esthetical angle and proposes a aesthetical hypotheses of employment to analyze relevant factors of aesthetic appreciation in employment in China and suggest a simple concept.Aesthetic appreciation of employment status refers to: Viewing, treating and improving the employment status of the society and individuals in an aesthetic way to satisfy the desire of the employer in both materials and spirit and give him/her pleasures of self-realization in his/her career.Aesthetic appreciation of employment status is the ideal form, the optimal criteria and the ultimate objective of employment status. Aesthetic appreciation of employment status is the refutation and surpass of "non-aesthetic appreciation" of employment status. The basic connotation of aesthetic appreciation of employment status includes at least: relationship harmonization, freedom creation, self-realization and pleasant mood. The essential characteristics of aesthetic appreciation of employment status is harmony - the harmony of employer and the nature and society, the individual activities and objective laws, the feelings and reasoning, shape and spirit, inner world and outer world, body and mind.The ample theoretical basis of aesthetic appreciation of employment status include: the Marxism theory of beauty originated from practice, beauty is "the unity of truth and good", "beauty is harmony", "beauty is a form of freedom", and the theory of matching and mutual selection between job and people, and related theory in occupational psychology.
