Aesthetic Characteristics Of Chinese Contemporary New Comic

There's a kind of caricature catches eyes of many people since the end of 1980's. It broke through the traditional caricature which is on the basis of satirizing humor by means of changing focus on themes, such as subsistence state of modern people, abstruse Chinese ancient books and more serious ones, like the conditions of human's living, modern culture, environment, etc. It also broke through the traditional technique of simple painting and draw close to art to some extent in form. The composition of picture is exquisite, delicate, and colorful. These caricatures have some new changes compared with the traditional caricature on the pursuit of beauty and view on beauty, so we call them neo-caricature. They infused the fresh blood into the China's contemporary caricature with it's own unique style. The development of art can't do without the participation theory critics. Therefore the research carried out on the neo-caricatures is required not only to promote the sound development of the contemporary neo-caricatures, but also to perfect and develop the theory of art. This paper plans to take China's contemporary neo-caricatures as an example to explain and expound in aspects of the reason of it's rise, aesthetic type of them, existing problem at present and prospect, etc. This text is divided into three parts as follows: First part: The aesthetic change of China's caricature and the rise of China's contemporary neo-caricature. This part mainly talks about the aesthetic character change of the China's caricature and analyses the era when contemporary neo-caricature rose and it's culture background at the basis of it. In my opinion, the aesthetic change of China's caricature is contacted with the development of the thesis of era, political satirizing caricature for secure first, then praising caricature of praise for achievements of the building of socialism, then humor caricature for people's amusement. China's contemporary neo-caricatures are regarded as the production of China's economic construction transformation and its rise depends on the specific historical period and place, distinguished on its era.
