In the Wei Jin and the Northern and Southern Dynasties, old practice as an important and constant basis for administration had been pay much attention to. Not only was it one of basis of routine duties, but also did it play the part of the role in institution handed down. This paper approach the subject quite all — sidelly on the basis of former and present schoolor' s study.In the Wei Jin and the Northern and Southern Dynasties, old practices' alternative name had thirties approximately.These alternative name are the same roughly, but they are different if make detailed.
