High School Girls Peer Exchanges Psychological Distress Qualitative Research

High school years is an important period in individual solialization and the communication among companions of senior students plays an important part in their growth.Howerver,for many sorts of reasons, there are a lot of psychal harassments in senior students, especially in senior girls.In this article,by using the method of researching the essence of events,the writer made a research on psychal harassments in the communication among companions of the senior girls.The whole text consists of seven parts.The first part: putting forward the phenomenon and the question.The second part:introducing the background knowledge of the research. The third part: dealing with the value in theory and practice.The fourth part: introducing the methods of the researching of this thesis, including setting research objects,getting into the scene,collecting information, arranging and analysing information,drawing the conclusions and writing the result. The fifth part:describing and explaining the psychal harassments of senior girls in communication among companions from eight aspects:the conditions of the communication among companions,the demands for communication among companions,the competition in study, the personality in the communication among companions,the atmosphere of the communication among companions, the status of the communication among companions, the handling with the psychal harassments and the strgedy in the communication among companions. The sixth part:reaching the conclusion of the research.The seventh part:discussing the validity,the generalization and the morality of the research.Through the research of the thesis,the writer draws such conclusions: 1.The psychal harassments in the communication among companions of senior school girls have the characteristics of emotional experience,social circumstances and individual differences.2.The psychal harassments in communication among companions of senior school girls come from the conflict of the demands and the facts in communication. 3. We should strive in such aspects in the senior school education of psychological health: creating a fine class atmosphere in communication;guiding the senior school girls to take a correct attitude to the communication among companions; training the senior school girls in theories,qualities and skills in communication among companions;providing counseling and treating the senior school girls who have serious obstacles of communication among companions.
