Human's free and all-round development thought is the important summary for Marx to the communism society essence characteristic, is ultimate objective and the highest ideal of the Marxism, also is theory starting point and the home spot to the Marxism. Marx proposed about the theory of Three Successive Phases in the development of human, thought that the society and human's development are a natural historical process, human's free and all-round development finally must be able to realize in the third phase. Marx believed that, the human all are live in a certain production method, therefore the production method is the basic condition which restricting human's development condition and the degree of human's development.Since middle of 20th century human society entered the network era gradually, the network seeps in human society life each aspect day by day, enormously enhanced the productive forces, changed humanity's original existence way, the contact way, the thinking mode, then will change humanity's production method. Fundamentally, the network's coming into being met the development trend of human's essence need. therefore, the network era enable human's status to obtain enormous enhancement, the production method will realize humanitarian change truly, the cost of humanity associated will enormously reduce and the contact universality will be enormous enhanced. In the network era the productive forces manner developed highly, which will laid the material base to human's free and all-round development. But on the other hand, the network era has also brought some new questions, which has aroused people's interest and the ponder.This paper use an angle of the network era, and bases on the theory of Marx to human's development is a natural historical process, analyzes the relations between network era and human's development from the pro and con, then discusses human's prospects for development in network era.
