Among them, how to understand the right of HIV Carriers and AIDS Patients, and make the AIDS prevention and cure policy and laws basic idea and value viewpoint is one of the critical and essential problem demanding prompt solution of Chinese AIDS prevention and cure policy and laws.Besides, solve the AIDS problem humanly can also bring the incrementally constructive effect to our society. Generally speaking, what relate to the social life may have an excessive effect on value viewpoint.
