Study Of Medieval Entering Characters In Xingtai Dialect Pronunciation

Xingtai region lies in the south of Hebei Province; encompasses two Chinese dialects, Jilu Mandarine and Jin dialect. Xingtai dialect is distinctive, especially the phenomena of Ru Sheng, which deserves more attention and research. The phenomena of Ru Sheng in Xingtai dialect are complicated in south area and simple in north area; exist systematically in south and disappear entirely in north, which manifests the language transition and gradual change. This paper focuses on the pronunciation of Ru Sheng characters of ancient time, and the research scope involves Xingtai county and Shahe county. We describe, compare and analyze the phenomena of Ru Sheng in forty villages. And we hope we could observe its changing principles and characters by these geographical differences.The change of the Ru Sheng in Xingtai region is quite complicated, which is restricted by many factors. Seen from Ru Sheng tone, the changing process of Qing Ru, Ci Zhuo Ru and Quan Zhuo Ru are not synchronous. Seen from Ru Sheng rhythm, there are two types of change, that is, simplification and Shu Xua. Many factors affect the Shu Hua procedure of Ru Sheng, therefore, we can't research the Shuhua factors only from one element, and it will be helpful if we consider all these factors together.
