Liberate wartime is a period that U.S.A.'s intervention to China reachesunprecedented scale. In this period, Social revolution is under determining stage andsuperpower oppose formed rapidly in China, the Sino-US relations at that time hadinfluenced China's history and even development orbit of the world politics deeply.This text put the visual angle on two major issues in the Sino-US relations during1947-1948, and analyses emphatically on Chinese mass and government' attitude andresponse toward U.S.A.'s supporting Japan and The China Aid Act. This text alsogives consideration to the attitude and measure of national government of Nanjing atthe same time, and attempt to study the relation between people and government, thusanalyze the inexorable law that the changes of relation between the government'sforeign policy and people's mood.After the Anti-Japanese War, how to deal with Japan became a focus of Chinesepeople. But the U.S.A, which actually occupied Japan alone, has gradually changedthe policy of punishing Japan into supporting it. This policy deeply injured theChinese people's national emotion, so the Movement of Anti—U.S.A.'s supportingJapan broke out in China. Because the policy of supporting Japan also affects theinterests of the Nationalist Government, its attitude to this movement becamedifferent from the past. At the same time, the China Aid Act of 1948 will be put intopractice soon, all of these factors made the relations of each side more complicated.The patriotic people of China revealed and accused the policy of U.S.A. by variousways in this movement, which showed Chinese people's resistance to the U.S.A.'sretroactive policy and strong dissatisfaction with the weak diplomacy of theNationalist Government. Almost at the same time, as an important step to supportChiang Kai-shek directly in the civil war, the China Aid Act of 1948 passed in UScongress on April 2 1948.With regards to this bill, numerous Chinese mass expressanxiety to the profound effect of American aid and give rise to differences betweenThe Nationalist Government in the problem such as the purpose and the cost ofAmerican aid, which form a fierce agitation of Chinese mass as a result. TheNationalist Government's wrong attitude toward the American aid not only causes itto lose all popular sympathy but also become an important reason why U.S.A. beginsto reconsider the policy on China.
