| Minority music culture is an essential and important part of Chinese traditional culture, so, it has an active and long influence to develop the music curriculum of minority music culture in municipal universal college. Minority music culture is an important developing stage of individual cognition, which benefits to individuality's approval on group culture to which he belongs, and to promoting full development of individual personality. In modern time of marketing developing rapidly, strengthening education of native minority music culture helps to enhance multi-culture education of college students and train their adoption of cross-culture from minority culture to multi-culture, make the foundation for his survival and development in multi-culture. So many local universal colleges are gradually paying attention to exploiting municipal curriculum in accordance with their attitude and concrete situation. Should say that, since the reform and open policy, public art education of some municipal ordinary university in our country has obtained certain performance in the native minority music education. But there are a lot of problems, such as insufficient consciousness of the curriculum resources, lower research on fundamental and insufficiently mature of the curriculum development, the narrowing the function of native minority music education and so on. Especially, it does insufficiently to establish the system with persistent effect of native minority music education in the municipal ordinary university public art education. That, how to know the teaching of native national minority music? How to carry out and develop the native minority music teaching in public art education of the municipal ordinary university? They are worthwhile to think and research for the educator in municipal ordinary university. Therefore, this article takes the Hunan university of science and engineering for example, in which the author works.
