The research on "Gu Wen Shang Shu "grew prosperous in the 1980s.Many schoolar's worka and conclusions spring up,and then it course schoolars to watch the question again.This paper would like to write from the two aspects:the author,the time of circulation and true or flase of the "Gu Wen Shang Shu "and "'Shang Shu Kong Zhuan",means to expound and tries to find some important question.There are three conclusion about the author "Gu Wen Shang Shu ",it is "the Mencius","the Han period Kong An Guo ","the Dong Jin period Kong An Guo ".Many aspects do not demonstrate "the Mencius" is reasonable."the Han period Kong An Guo "and "the Dong Jin period Kong An Guo "have a common arguement,it is the "Kong Cong Zi ",but they have a different conclusion.It is not enough arguement to demonstrate who has written the "Gu Wen Shang Shu".The circulate time of it has four conclusion:the Zhan Guo period,the Xi Han period,the Wei Jin period,the Dong Jin period.We think that it is right:in the last years of the Dong Jin period,the "Gu Wen Shang Shu" has come into being,but people did not attend it,in the Sui Tang period many people did think that it was a very good book." Shang Shu Zheng Yi" cite two parts of "the Jin Shu ",it has written the relation of initiation from Zheng Chong to Mei Ze,and I think that this relation of initiation must be come from the Ma Rong,Zheng Xuan,so it is different from the so-called Men Ben "Gu Wen Shang Shu".We think that Mei ben appeared later in "Gu Wen Shang Shu " coming from,"the Shi Zhi had writting,,comparison study,the diction doses of make and language.Today there are three conclusion about the author of the "Shang Shu Kong Zhuan":Kong An Guo in Han period,Kong An Guo in Dong Jin period and Kong Chao.We think that "Shang Shu Xu" is conflict with true history affair from the relation between Kong An Guo and "Gu Wen Shang Shu",so the arguement of the Kong An Guo in Han period and in Dong Jin period is not true.Guo Pu did not see the "Shang Shu Kong Zhuan",so the arguement of Kong Chao is not true.There are two conclusion as to the circulation of "Shang Shu Kong Zhuan":the Xi Jin period,the Dong Jin period.Chen Meng Jia argues that "Shang Shu Kong Zhuan" appeared in Dong Jin,in other word,itappeared in fourth century,between the Yong Jia dynastry of Xin Jin and Liu Song dynastry,the people of Xi Jin went to the south of the Yangz River,we agree that Chen Meng Jia's arguement is agreeable.The focus on investigate the true or flase of the "Shang Shu Kong Zhuan" is four questions:Jin cheng,Ju li,Chan shui,Meng jin.,we do not concluse a specific answer to some question of the "Gu Wen Shang Shu "the reason is that "Gu Wen Shang Shu" has a hard life and people did not write it in history books.As to "Shang Shu Kong Zhuan",,although Kong An Guo did not write the books to translate the "Gu Wen Shang Shu ",but it did not demonstrate that it has nothing to the Kong An Guo of the Han period,the pronouncation of "Zhuan" is "chuan" or "zhuan" is very helpful to our research.
