Early maladaptive schema was developed in the early intimate experience.It is pervasive topic of individual's life,has very negative effect on his relations,especially his intimate relation. Fear of intimacy has effect on developing intimate relation and the degree of satisfaction on it. YSQ and FIS were revised at this research,the relation of them was analyzed.The purpose of this research is identifying the character of China undergraduates at early maladaptive schema and fear of intimacy,discussing the correlation of them,and which early maladaptive schema can expect the fear of intimacy.In addition,at this research,schema therapy was applied on the undergraduates of fear of intimacy,for reducing their fear of intimacy by healing their early maladaptive schema.The conclusions are as the following:1,After exploratory factor analysis,there are thirteen factors and sixty-four items at the revised YSQ,confirmatory factor analysis indicates the data fit the model.The internal consistent coefficient is good,the validity of YSQ is good,too.2,There are thirty-five items at the revised FIS.The item discrimination of the scale is very good,and the reliability of FIS is good,the validation of FIS is acceptable.3,In sum,the degree of early maladaptive schema and fear of intimacy of China undergraduates is normal.There is distinct difference at the degree of early maladaptive schema between male and female,the degree of early maladaptive schema of male is stronger than female's.There is distinct difference at the degree of early maladaptive schema between undergraduates of country and undergraduates of city,the degree of early maladaptive schema of undergraduates of country is stronger than undergraduates of city.There is distinct difference at the degree of fear of intimacy between male and female,the degree of fear of intimacy of male is stronger than female's.There is distinct difference at the degree of fear of intimacy between undergraduates of country and undergraduates of city,the degree of fear of intimacy of undergraduates of country is stronger than undergraduates of city.4,There is correlation between early maladaptive schema and fear of intimacy of undergraduates.Defectiveness,vulnerability to harm,emotional inhibition are distinct expectation variables.5,Schema therapy is valid to the subjects of fear of intimacy.The degree of fear of intimacy of all the objects is decreased distinctly after finishing the therapy.To some extent,the early maladaptive schemas are healed,the score of the objects at SAS is decreased distinctly after therapy.
