| As the positive psychology and the psychological capital are becoming more and more famous,the health of middle school students,finding their positive psychological capital and helping them grow up healthy are being paid more and more attention by many psychologists and educators.The core self-evaluations which can conclude the four core traits:self-esteem, general self-efficacy,locus of control and neuroticism is also being paid more and more attention. However,the studies of the core self-evaluations are concentrated in the field of industrial organizational psychology,and show that it is significantly correlated with job satisfaction and job behavior variables.But it is rarely studied with the schools,or contact with children and adolescents.During a rapid development period of interpersonal relationships,the middle school students have what a kind of core self-evaluations,and play what a role in their interpersonal relationships.In this respect there is no relevant research.Therefore,this research adopts existing questionnaire,regards middle school students as the research objects,with the help of the statistical of SPSS16.0,Descriptive Statistics,Independent Samples T test,One-Way ANOVA,Corelational and Multivariate Regression Analysis,probes into inherent function mechanism among core self-evaluations,attributional style,and the social anxiety.In addition,analyzes the demography variables' influences.The main research conclusion is as follows:1.There are no significant gender differences of self-evaluations between boys and girls. But the self-evaluations of boys are better than that of girls.However,there are significant grade differences between junior and senior school students.The junior school students have higher self-evaluations.2.There are significant differences of attributional style,not only the gender,but also the grade.Boys tend to put the reasons of their success into inner,stable,uncontrolled.And the junior school students tend to put the reasons into the other seven dimensions except the EUU.3.There are no significant gender or grade differences of social anxiety during the middle school students.But the senior students have more social anxiety than the junior,and the girls have more anxiety than the boys.4.The self-evaluations and social anxiety of the middle school students are negative correlated significantly.And the self-evaluations and attributional style,social anxiety and attributional style are also negative correlated significantly.5.No matter success or failed,the self-evaluations and attributional style of the middle school students can predict their social anxiety. |
