"Post-colonial theory"refers to a policy of aggression which after World War II the Western capitalist utlize to make enncirclement, suppression and nfiltration of culture to the"backward"countries and nations under the theory context of Gramsci's Cultural hegemony, which represented as the culture colonialism, Cultural hegemony and cultural imperialism.From the cultural point of view the Post-colonialist interpret colonialism of modernation, and deconstruct the Orientalism and Cultural hegemony so as to convert the issue on reflection of modernity originating from the West into a global East-West relations ; At the same time, post-colonialist proposed a new theoretical issues on the colonial relations between the East and West in the process of modernization, which presented a strong anti-West Center tendencies, and to some extent reflects the correspondence to the Marxism.
