Hearing The Music Inside The Four Elements Used In The Solfeggio Teaching Practice And Thinking

The inner-heart hearing of music includes four major elements:"Cognition""Remembrance""Recollection"and"Imagination",which also constitute the four links required by the inner-heart hearing. The"Remembrance"is based on"Cognition";while"Recollection"on"Remembrance"and"Imagination"on"Recollection".They are interrelated with each other. Both the four basic practice programmes in solfeggio audition teaching and in written-examination teaching are closely related to these"four major elements".The conscious connection of the four major elements of inner-heart hearing with every single practice in solfeggio class will be more conducive for students to establish their inner-heart hearing. Through practice and collection of related data , I find this process of cultivation is practicable and effective for most students.
