Contemporary Painter Prose

Artist Prose,from a narrow point of view,refers to prose created by professional artists,yet from a broad point of view,by those who had high achievements in art. Throughout the history of literature,outstanding representative figures of Artist Prose appeared in almost every age.Among them,contemporary Artist Prose witnesses the emergence of a great number of good works and remarkable authors.However, compared with the study on ancient Artist Prose,researches on contemporary Artist Prose have been restricted to the scanning of certain works and to the retrospect on the authors' experience of writing,which is far from enough.The paper focuses on the works of WU Guanzhong,HUANG Yongyu,FAN Zeng,in an attempt to analyze the feature in their prose writing,furthermore,to systematically refine the general features of the contemporary Artist Prose,and above all,to conclude the cultural origins in which the abundant creation are rooted,with the view of a profound understanding of the works.The prolegomena defines Artist Prose, in retrospect on its development and the present condition of the Artist Prose research.
