Remarkable achievements have been made in the field of Psychology for more than one hundred years. However, during its late development, it comes with unprecedented contradictions and conflicts, facing fragments, staves and deviation from the social life etc. It was under this situation, the positive psychology arose. In order to better guide the development of positive psychology, providing philosophical theory and instructions on methodology, it is necessary to carry on discussions about "the positive psychology" from a philosophical perspective.Based on philosophical ontology, human psychology is constructed by consciousness instead of being a passive response to the outside world. Various kinds of human mental activities originate and develop from practice. People's pursuit of the goal of practice yields their positive psychology, which in turn inspires their further positive motivation. In view of philosophical epistemology, people's cognizance influences their mental state—correct cognizance generates positive mental activity. Therefore, on the one hand, positive psychology reflects people's active consciousness, and the active pursuit of life is derived from their firm belief; on the other hand, people's cognitive salience on the outside world constantly adjusts their mental feelings. The value study on positive psychology shows that positive psychology helps shaping individual personality, inspiring creativity and realizing personal self-worth. Furthermore, it helps promoting unity and collaboration between individuals, and recognition of collective goals, creating favorable conditions for the realization of common collective goals. Positive psychology is also conducive to the establishing of good relationships, and thus contributes ultimately to the stability and harmony of the whole society, which is of great realistic significance to today's development of harmonious society.
