| Inscribed Bamboo Slips of Chu State have been excavated in October, 1993 at a Warring States Period tomb in Guodian, Ximen, Shayang zone, Jingmen city, Hu Bei province.It is said that these Bamboo Slips were stolen about 804 items. To be discovered, they were discarded and disordered, which were all academic books on 13000 characters. The archaeologists assumed that the things for burial in middle to late of Warring States period about BC 300 according to the architecture type and the carving patterns on utensils. The host of tomb was the class of scholar-bureaucrats. he Inscribed Bamboo Slips were identified and classified by specialists, and then published a book with photos and described words to show the publics by Relic Press.The classified books belong to Taoism and Confucianism that were 2 kinds 4 articles of them on Taoism, On Confucianism 11 kinds 14 articles.After publish of Inscribed Bamboo Slips of Chu in Guo Dian, because of their precious position and splendid items the academic fields are shocked, and their characters, structure, thoughts, times on Bamboo Slips are discussed in proseminar and studied by new found academic facilities and scholars to write books home and abroad. Among the 14 Confucius Classics, the book, Nature from Fate, discusses the nature and body& mind directly which is so precious and unique, and attract the academic world's high attentions.The Paper argues it to different special topics.It is divided into six parts with introduction and conclusion.Besides the cause, theory and reality significance in prolegomenon, the book of Nature from Fate is analyzed on article structure, name question, nature theory, and writer faction.The first chapter, which is the second part of the paper, includes the human nature theory of Nature from Fate. It is useful to the distinguish the pre-Qin Confucianism and Nature from Fate as a theory proof so firstly it should be concluded and analyzed on human nature theory systemically. The writer put in human nature theory background which the bamboo slips were forming in the Chun-Qiu Warring State period and introduces thoughts on Nature, Feeling, Heart, Object, and Habitues.The second chapter discusses the thought relationship between Nature from Fate and The Analects of Confucius. Among those scholars ,who wrote the book, the debate on Zi Si and Gongsun Nizi are most .So is paper based on the bamboo slips ,the writer analyzes and compares the book of Nature from Fate, the book of doctrine which is the magnum opus of Zi Si,the book of Doctrine Mean and the book of Music which was wrote by Gongsun Nizi and thought the most distinguished part on them are on their thoughts do the writer and school need to be continuing study.The thought relations on the book of Nature from Fate, Mencius and Xun Zi are discussed in the forth chapter. Before the exploit of the Inscribed Bamboo Slip at Guo Dian Confucius, Mencius and Xun represented the pre-Confucianism thought. Mencius has mature theory on nature and mind, though, as all known Kong Zi seldom mentioned theory of nature and mind. How transition on the theory of nature and mind and Confucius and Mencius?lt is suspending and be discussed by mang scholars,but the exploited those bamboo slips helping fetch up one hundred studying background .People's nature and mind are discussed on human character and feeling , scholars wish to get the transition from Confucius to Mencius However, many scholars hurry to definite Confucius and conclude the book of Nature from Fate to the school of Zi Si ,thought never be disrupted from Confucius , Zi Si to Mencius .On the saying ,the writer thought the book of Mencius 'sidea substance is different from the bamboo slips ,but the same with Xun ZI on thought orientation according to externally analyzed the relationship among the books of Nature from Fate ,Words of Mencius,and Words of Xun.The main subject on the paper in the second, third and forth chapters.As the conclusion, it educes the character on the theory of human nature and disserted the influence on pre-Qin Confucianism history and its value and significance according to the fore-chapter analyzing.The paper footprint to fore-scholars in academic world and attempt to conclude as follow:1. according to the original bamboo slips, it analyzes the book of Nature from Fate impersonally on human nature for its appearance though much by academic world ,so many scholars wrote books and put their new thoughts on it and set forth and explain .But no original text ,there is no right understanding on the human nature although commentating the book of Nature from Fate by the book of Doctrine Mean and explaining the book of Nature from Fate by the The Words of Mencius, even using the new Confucianism to gloze the book of Nature from Fate.2.On the writer and school of the book there is no conclusion for the writer has no enough proofs to definite, but hoping to comment the thought relation according to study the relation among the book of Nature from Fate and The Analects of Confucius, Doctrine Mean, Music, The Words of Mencius , the words of Xun and pre-Qin Classics and if the writer is one of people of Si Meng School or the Zi Si . |
