Consumerism is a to meet people over the basic life need of "outside" characteristics of desires mass consumption pattern, also with the consumption mode penetrated into every aspect of social development and formation of a kind of cultural attitudes, values and way of life. Films and live in society, consumerism, the essence of business by market rules will inevitably drives, must respect the film audience will, which embodies "film audience" consciousness.This paper tries to explore the dominant role of"film audience's oriented"in a consumer society, and its three parts logically. The first part is concept; characteristics of consumerism and consumerism ethics, in order to confirm briefly analyzed the problems of realistic significance. The second part is mainly to the "film audience" consciousness; where it's analyzed and discussed, and with consumerism in the society as the research subject, the film audience from the film industrialization progression, genre film, star system, construction of cinema four confirmed "standard" film audience of modern consciousness film industry mechanism of building the dominant position and function of driving. The third part, analysis and research of the Chinese film audience consumption behavior, and explores Chinese film industry in the business operation of the present law.
