The unique understanding about world and language in "Tractatus Logico-philosophicus " is an important theoritical prerequisite to reveal the ethical issues and the transcendental world. Wittgenstein thinks that language is the logical picture of the world.Language shares the same boundary with the real world. State of affairs, fact, world has a correspondence relationship with the basic proposition, propositions and the language.By revealing the structure and limitation of language, Wittgenstein manifests the transcendental and ineffable nature of the meaning and value, and "steps" to silence by the language "ladder".The purpose of speech is to find the boundaries of ethics by indicating the boundary of the real world. The structural and limited features of language reveals that: Language is meaningless and Meaning is ineffable. However,To avoid cross-border speech towards ineffable ethical issues,we have to use language as a tool.By demonstrating its own limited and meaningless characteristics, the language ultimately achieves to deny itself. While facing with ethical matters, we are confronting with the double paradox:The paradox between the real world and the transcendental ethical world; The paradox between language and silence. That is the double paradox of ontology and methodology revealed by the "Tractatus Logico philosophicus." After showing the insurmountable reality of the double paradox, finally, Wittgenstein choses slience.
