The author has fond that learning burnout which is defined as Negative psychological in study has abstracted quite attention in China and abroad, and the theory of LB has already had a new development.This study chooses grade 1 and grade 2 year graduate student in Northwest University as the research subject.Using Statistical Methods such as Analysis of variance, Correlation Analysis, Regression Analysis etc., this study do a research on the learning bournout and speciality commitmen of the students in NWU, discussing the differences between students in various learning bournout dimensions and the correlation and factors between learning bournout and speciality commitmen The Outcomes:of this reserch fllow behand(1) The fact that 60% of the subjects have learning bournout indicates that there are a number of graduate students have learning burnout to some degree.(2) There are no differences between male and female students in the dimension of sense of accomplishment.Between 1st year and 2nd year students in the dimension of total score, the learning bournout score of 2nd year student is higher than that of 1st year student.There are differences between liberal arts students and science students, the fact that science students have higher grade indicates that they have higher learning bournout degree.The variance of the location of family makes no difference in the learning bournout degree of students.The specific commitment and learning bournout tend to present negative correlationThe affective in specific commitment commitmen is the most significant predictors among any other factors such as professions and gender etc. in learning bournout.(3) Learing bournot factor in decreasing of depression and low achievement(4) Graduate of depression and normative commitment and continued commitment were significantly related; personal accomplishment and professional commitment are all factors were significantly different. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Graduate Students, Learning burnout, Specific commitment, Factors | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
