Six Dynasties Dynasty Poem Polysyllabic Words

The thesis is a study on polysyllabic words existing in the Yue-fu poetry(乐府诗)composed in the wei, jin, south and north dynasties,which are usually called "the six dynasties". The study materials are 1671 poems chosen from Yue-fu Poem Anthology(《乐府诗集》).More than 4000 polysyllabic words were selected from the study materials. The thesis is constituted by six chapters:Chapter 1 "Introduction" mainly introduces the present condition of polysyllabic words research and verse vocabulary research, and the meaning, materials and methods of this topic research.Chapter 2"The judge standards for the polysyllabic words of the Yue-fu poetry composed in the six dynasties" introduces the differences between researchers on the judge standards for the polysyllabic words in the past 50 years firstly. Subsequently with the characteristics of verse language taken into account, the judge standards for the polysyllabic words in the study materials are drawn up.Chapter 3"The semantic structure of the polysyllabic words of the Yue-fu poetry composed in the six dynasties" draws lessons from a new method of semantic structure analysis, to analyze and sum up the semantic structures of the polysyllabic words in the study materials as thoroughly as possible.Chapter 4"The formation modes of the polysyllabic words of the Yue-fu poetry composed in the six dynasties" summaries as far as completely five formation modes of the polysyllabic words of the Yue-fu poetry composed in the six dynasties, which are phonetic mode, syntax mode, grammatical mode, rhetoric mode, and literary quotation mode.Chapter 5 "The polysyllabic words of the Yue-fu poetry composed in the six dynasties and the editing of dictionaries"provides some datum for the Great Chinese Dictionary(《汉语大词典》)to revise, in which exemplifications of at least 227 words are late behind,and 535words are left out."Conclusion" adds to put forward the subjects that this thesis is not able to research further.
