Medium-term Mongolian-of Tan ~ 1 ¢Ù The-of Tan ~ 2 (2) Two Forms

-tan2â‘ and-tan2â‘¡, these two expressions always appeared in the Middle Mongolian and were widely used. The thesis is based on the previous researches and findings, applies description,statistical data analysis,comparative analysis vertically and horizontally, analyzes-tan2â‘ and-tan2â‘¡two expressions in the Secret History of Mongolia and Hua Yi Yi Yu, and summarizes their separate characteristics, functions and describes these two expressions'historical developments. The thesis consists of introduction, main body (including three chapters), and conclusion.The introduction part demonstrates the research background,research objectives,research methods and the significance of the research.In the first chapter, the writer analyzes-tan2â‘ and-tan2â‘¡expressions in the Secret History of Mongolia with statistical data. The writer summarizes their characteristics that:-tan2â‘ has inducted meanings in a sentence;-tanâ‘¡refers to plural meaning, and when the adjectives composed by-tan2â‘¡serve as nouns,-tan2â‘¡refers to the plural form of noun;-tan2â‘¡'s function of forming such word class as noun except adjective.In the second chapter, the writer analyzes-tan2â‘ and-tan2â‘¡expressions in Hua Yi Yi Yu with statistical data. The writer summarizes their characteristics that:-tan2â‘ has inducted meanings in a sentence;-tanâ‘¡refers to plural meaning of adjective, and when the adjectives composed by-tan2â‘¡serve as nouns,-tan2â‘¡refers to the plural form of noun;-tan2â‘¡can compose noun.The third chapter illustrates the origin and development of-tan2â‘ and-tan2â‘¡.In the last part, the writer gives a brief conclusion to the whole thesis and illustrates further her own ideas.
