Analysis Of Beijing Cultural And Creative Industries Financing Model

The culture and creative industry is emerging industry, it plays an important role which is useful for increasing the GDP. In financial crisis, it keeps a steady developing speed so it attracts more attention form the capital market, well another element we can't neglect is that it's core competitive force is intellectual property. It is hard for the investment organization to evaluate it, so there are much more difficulties.In order to solve this problem, I have analyzed the current condition from several aspects combined with the characteristic of creative industry in Beijing, and explore the new model of financing.They are as followings:First, introduce the current condition of study on financing of creative industry at home and abroad;Second, make comparison with the developed models in America, Japan, Korea, mainly analyze the condition of them and the financing models of them. America is good at stock market, well Japan is famous for it's relationship financing, and Korea is also good at corporate financial and capital utilization;The third, analyze the condition of creative industry in Beijing, it owns distinctive location advantage, humanities advantage and capital advantage; well there are three financing models:equity financing, debt financing, non-governmental financing.But there are also many difficulties to solve; Beijing government has made several policy to promote the development of creative industry. Combined with the three aspects we will explore new models of financing.The forth:I find that three new models are proper to used in development. They are:cultural and creative industrial bank, especially discussion of assessment indexes model for financing;intellectual property trust fund which can fully use the intellectual property to attract more money; asset backed securitization of intellectual property which can reduce the risk of financing.Above all,they are all explored to solve the financing problem.
