Research Interests In The Reform Process In China

The interest relationship is the core of social relations, all social relations are available from the angle of interests for analysis. It's Marxist theory of interests which provides thought weapon and theoretical guide for Interest relations research. In order to research the interest relationship, we need to understand the meanings of these concepts: Interest, Interest subject and object, Interests and benefit pattern, Interest difference, Interests contradiction and Conflicts of interest. Reform is an adjustment of interests. There have been tremendous changes about interest relationship during the process of China's reform, which was prominently displayed in the diversification of interest subject and sources, more and more open expression of interest, and the complexity of interest concept. This upheaval plays a positive role in increasing the social vitality, rich people's lives, easing the social mood and advancing the civilization. However, there also appear some negative problems, such as the expansion of interest difference and the intensification of the conflict. The major problem of interest relationship during the process of China's reform are the obvious difference of interests, which includes gap between urban and rural areas, industry difference, income difference among social members; the intensification of interest conflict, which includes public-private conflict, group conflict, heterogeneous conflict. The gradual, non-equilibrium and"stepping stones across the river"reform way is the inner reason of the problems. There are some other reasons that should not be neglected: The construction of democratic political has not been completely transformed, which showed up by the imbalance of power structure and the lack of democracy and the rule of law; The market economic system is imperfect, which showed up by"malnutrition"of market and the imbalance relations between labor and capital; The growth of civil society is not mature, which showed up by the lack of civic consciousness and the weak of social organization. There are some ideas for solving these problems: Adjust reform way actively; Promote democratic political effectively, including confirm the power boundaries, strengthen the construction of democracy and the rule of law, keep the principle of sharing; Perfect the market economic system, including act according to the market laws, establish the long-effect mechanism of collective bargaining, take coordination consciousness; Cultivate the civil society actively, including enhance modern education, forward development of social organization, remember spirit of expression.
