Communist Party Of Vietnam, The Course Of Reform And Opening Up Its Revelation

Vietnamese communist party is the few one of the ruling communist party. The ruling roads are not plain sailing. Vietnam ruled by communist party is more than ten years. The ruling in general is not very successful, especially in 1986.Vietnam under the leadership of the communist party is in trouble. The changing voice becomes increasingly strong. In this case, the Vietnamese communist party leads the changes. Vietnamese communist complied with such a form, and gradually began to open and innovate.Vietnam's communist party who leads Vietnam opening and innovation is a gradual change in the process and then deepens the three stages of development. Entering into the new century, domestic and international form has changed which is obviously beneficial to Vietnam . The innovation and opening then is accelerated . Vietnam's communist party has made great achievements by the innovation and opening .In this paper, I use the historical analysis, comparative analysis and so on to illustrate the the process of Vietnamese communist party's innovation and opening .
