Research On The Innovation Of Rural Grassroots Social Stability Governance System In China

The party’s Third Plenary Session of eighteen proposed to promote national governance systems and governance capacity modernization. China is a large agricultural country, modernization of rural local governance system and its governance capacity should be subject to community wide attention. Our society is in transition, the various contradictions have appeared, the rural social stability problem is more prominent. To enable farmers to fully share in the fruits of economic and social development, first of all to ensure social stability and harmony. Therefore, China’s rural social stability control system research is very necessary.This article in the context of promoting the modernization of national governance systems and capacity to govern, with D counties, for example, through quantitative and qualitative research, theory and practice are combined, D County’s rural grass-roots social research and analysis. Research on D system of governance, the county in rural governance construction operation and the reasons for the results, analysis of the modern rural governance logic, so as to put forward some thinking on the construction of management system of grass-roots social stability in rural areas.This paper is divided into six chapters: The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background, reviews the research at home and abroad, to explore the governance theory, on the basis of the proposed framework and the research methods of this paper at home and abroad; The second chapter, on the one hand, this paper expounds the characteristics of the grass-roots society and basic social governance, grass-roots society of our country have a comprehensive understanding and the understanding; On the other hand is a deep interpretation of the governance theory, from the perspective of national functions to investigate the relationship between the rule, management and governance, and discuss domestic and foreign research on governance theory, put forward the construction of management theory and management system. The third chapter and the fourth chapter is the analysis of D county rural grass-roots social stability management empirical, existing in D county overall situation, D county rural society stability analysis of D county rural grass-roots social instability reason speaking, of D county rural grass-roots social stability control system operation and working effect were analyzed. These two parts heavy to D county real diagnosis analysis. The fifth chapter is the study of D based on County, for the consideration of perfecting the rural social stability control system, puts forward the structure system, construction of the rural social stability control system and method system, and to promote the rural social stability control to put forward some specific suggestions and thinking.
