However, at the same time, ecological environment is worsening, following economic globalization and the world market gradually perfectting, China, as a member of the whole world market, has to been involved in.Though China has made great achievement since Reform and Open up, because it is sressing“economy development”, ignoring the objective law of economy and society development,lead to many ecological accidents often take place in recent years, the People’s life and property are faced with big threat.Therefore,the 18 th National Congress of Communist Party of China puts forward clearly "we must take the ecological civilization construction in a prominent position, into the economic construction, political construction, cultural construction and social construction of all aspects and the whole process, the realization of ’the overall layout of the five in one’".Ecological Marxism is a newest sect of Western Marxism, it emerged in the 1960’s, at that time, living conditions and ecological environment are worsening, Green Movement is developing very fast. It persists the ecological principle from beginning to end, combine Ecology and Marxsim, criticizes Capitalism through ecological problems, and explores and seeks the source of the ecological problems ceaselessly, at last, it attributes to the capitalist system. At the same time, it points out that if human want to sweep out the difficult position, we must build the ecological socialist society, only if so, human and human,human and society,human and nature can live harmoniously in the earth.
