A Study On The Social Integration Of Intellectuals With Disabilities

With the development of society the general public attaches great importance to the social work of the disable. People with intellectual disabilities are the most vulnerable groups.Their individual rights and the chance to abtain social security are always deprived because of their own physical defects.Many people with intellectual disabilities can develop their potential to integrate into the the society through learning and training.However,the problems of the social environment and family education result in a lot of people with intellectual disabilities lacking of the chance to get due education and training. So they lost the chance of social integration.And they are marginalized gradually, adding the burden of family and society. At present, the number of intellectual disability is nearly 9000000, including various of degree. With the arrival of industrialization society and the old aging, the proportion of people with intellectual disabilities is increasing year by year. It has became an important part to construct a well-off society and share Chinese dream. How to help people with intellectual disabilities to integrate to the society,and solve the thousands of intellectual disabled families’ heavy economic burden and the difficulties of life is very important What’s more, it is also need the general public to help people with intellectual disabilities to walk out of the family, and let the public to accept them and hold the responsibility to help people with intellectual disabilities.Therefore, it is important to solve the problem of disabled persons with intellectual defects, appropriate social placement, and help them integrate into society. Because it benefits to social stability reflects the spirit of building a socialist harmonious society, and is also a symbol of modern social civilization.This paper uses the literature research method and displays the achievement of social intelligence disabled on existing methods at home and abroad.lt also uses the method of participant observation by visiting a number of institutions, nursing homes, welfares nearby. I also work as a volunteer, a participant and a professional to esplain the problem from different identity perspective in-depth participation observation. And I experience the social integration of disabled people exsisting some of the practical obstacles.Through the method of case study,the detailed explanation in Chinese currently developing countries has its social reality.When the government cannot provide sufficient funds, and the third development of the organization is not in a very perfect situation, how the challenges and the difficulties which are faced by the social intelligence persons with disabilities, and help people with intellectual disabilities integrate into society, reduce the social exclusion, eliminate to the disability label and make achievement of mild mental disabled people to take care of themselves,and even make the severe intellectual disabilities through training support themselves, reducing the burden of the family, alleviating the potential social contradictions, reducing the unstable factors in society. The present society with intellectual disability management is lack of attention to the state, and we need to establish a standard with intellectual disability definition and management system, gradually establish a social intelligence disabled helping network system and serious census basic situation of people with intellectual disabilities, the establishment of a registration system, even laying the foundation for social assistance and social welfare.The Study of people with intellectual disabilities social integration problems aims to provide professional help for people with intellectual disabilities, and make the severe disabled obtain universal access to medical care, mild disabled people having the opportunity to participate in the study and training, and gradually walk out of the home into the social life by the establishment of public support social support network, so that people can reduce the intellectual disabilities’ label, win the respect for personality, enjoy equal social rights. The normal regression theory and social theory in the team are undoubtedly very convincing to help the disabled community.Through the study,we found that the social intelligence disabilities have been lack of social trust. The main problems are mostly lack of communication, exchanges, and sense of social identity.Therefore,in the previous studies about people with intellectual disabilities, most of them focus on how to help people with intellectual disabilities to restore or replace the function of lost bodies,how to let them get material help of primary level medical perspective. For the study of social integration of migrant workers, it is often focus on women, children and the elderly daily attention. For the study of social intelligence integration of persons with disabilities, it explores less from theory and practice.Now it is still a pending development and the development of prospects is infinite. The research both in theory and practice has a very profound significance in perfecting our country’s relevant policies.
