A Study On The Long - Term Mechanism Of Conducting Mass Routes In Urban Community Party Organizations

Strengthening the construction of new grassroots organizations of Communist Party of China(CPC), improving grassroots organizations of CPC system, strengthening the political function of organizations, and further playing its role, which are the proper meaning and important aspects of urban community practicing mass line and long-term mechanism. Therefore,under the new situation, practicing mass line of long-term mechanism has become an important strategic measure to promote urban organizations of CPC daily mass work for further development. Especially since the 18 th National Congress of Communist Party of China, the mass line educational practice fruitful, the majority of grassroots party members and cadres to strengthen the ideological understanding of the mass line, enhance the ability to serve the people.In order to further realize the goal of construction and development of the grassroots community,urban organizations of CPC should grasp the opportunity of carrying out the mass line educational practice, keep outstanding achievements of education practice; continue to rectify the relative weakness and laxity of organizations of CPC.However, while carrying out educational practice, we also clearly see the grassroots community members and cadres in practice of the mass line still have some problems, and some aspects to be norms and bound. Therefore, in order to better solve this kind of problem, we must accelerate the establishment of the relevant system, mechanism, improve and perfect the party’s mass work, in the form of system; the experience is summed up and confirmed in the process of the mass line practice.
