Cadre education and training is an important way for the party to have a pl an to have a purpose to study. It is a guide, basic and strategic project to cultivat e and bring up the good cadre of the party and the people. The more developme nt of the situation, the need to strengthen the education and training of cadres. A t the same time, the cadre education and training is a special system engineering , has its own characteristics and rules. In recent years, Tibet has made great prog ress in strengthening the education and training of cadres, but there are also som e problems and deficiencies. The aim of this paper is to from the perspective of theory and practice, combined with national cadres in the new period, elaborated in the new period of the new requirements of the training of cadres education in ethnic minority areas, existing problems and countermeasures, under the new situation to further improve the ethnic Tibetan areas of the work of cadre education, improve the national quality of cadres, promote the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics and provide a useful reference and reference.On the basis of the article gives a brief introduction of ethnic Tibetan areas of cadre training in, take questionnaire survey method and interview method, again on training needs, training participation and overall evaluation basis of analysis and summary, obtains the ethnic Tibetan areas of dry main problems existing in the training department mainly includes:no training needs analysis, training content, the lack of targeted and strong theory, teaching methods lack of innovation, the training object lack of learning motivation and the effect of education and training of lacking evaluation feedback mechanism. Cause the cause of the problem mainly includes:political environment special, restricts the minority area cadre training, lagging concepts, lack of training of cadres in ethnic minority areas of emphasis, education and training, motivation and evaluation mechanism is not perfect and cadres and their existing problems.To resolve the problems, puts forward some countermeasures for strengthening the education and training of cadres in Tibet area. In perfecting the system guarantee of cadre education and training. Mainly includes the improvement of the cadre education and training of legal policy support, improve the overall coordination of the organization responsible for the division of labor and the development of practical training of cadres and education planning. Strengthen the cadre education and training system construction. Including set up a scientific training content and training methods to carry out innovative education and training needs analysis.To improve the operation and management system for the education and training of cadres, mainly including the establishment of a sound training staff incentive and supervision mechanism, pay attention to the cadres education and training effect of tracking and use of innovation, and the way, broaden the channelsof education and training.
