A Study On The Adjustment And Adjustment Of The Old - Age Policy Of Rural Residents In Rudong County

China’s ageing population trend is developing rapidly,65 and older population ratio rose from 7.3% in 2002 to 9.4% in 2012,it is still increasing at a speed of 8 million people every year. Predicts that by 2050, China’s aging population will reach a third of the population.Jiangsu Rudong is one of the leading enterprises in the national population aging degree, by the end of 2015, Rudong people over the age of 60 elderly population reached 300000, accounting for more than 30% . Predicts that by 2025, Rudong elderly population will exceed 370000 people, proportion will be more than 35%.Most of the aging population in Rudong is concentrated in the rural areas, it has big base, fast growth,much demand and difficult management.The related policy is late start, weak foundation and improving slowly. Rural residents endowment problem as one of the important contents of the happiness of the people’s livelihood project in the thirteen five period, more and more people get the attention of the masses. Therefore, this paper aims to card the current rural residents endowment policy in Rudong County, find out the problems existing in the policy, and put forward the countermeasures for further optimization and adjustment according to solve the problems. It can provide feasibility reference for improving rural residents endowment policy in the thirteen five period. The study has important practical significance under the background that the aged population in Rudong rural develop rapidly. This paper used literature research, field survey method, case analysis and other methods of research in order to conduct scientific comprehensive, accurate, rigorous research.The author visited Rudong rural areas to carry out social research such as questionnaire survey and personnel interview, issue thousands of questionnaire survey, and analyze the results of the survey. The paper has five parts:The first part described the research background and research significance of this paper; The second part described the basic concept and theoretical basis involved this article; The third part combed the existing rural residents endowment policy in Rudong;The fourth part analyze summarizes the problems existing in the policy through on-the-spot investigation and other methods; The fifth part put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for adjusting Rudong rural residents endowment policy;Finally, on the basis of discusses from the front five chapters, reviewed this paper comprehensively to get the conclusion.The core of the research is that establish and perfect the rural residents of government-led, social participation in pension policy system can effectively cope with the county rural population aging problem, according to the actual current policy and reflect the real situation of the masses in Rudong. The innovation of the paper lies in the selection of Jiangsu Rudong which is a typical object for researching the rural aged population problem.The paper used the principles of management, the perspective is novel, close to the reality, has certain scientific nature, timeliness, maneuverability. The paper put forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions to Rudong government in order to improve the policy system.
