With the rapid socio-economic development, diversification of social thought and the existence of all kinds of material and spiritual temptations, teachers’ professional ethics training of police colleges has not fully kept pace with the overall reform of public security and police educational development, and public security institutions focus on the few professional ethics of teachers training,as that public security workers naturally have high professional ethics, which is not so optimistic.Facing the new situation, the new normal and new problems and new challenges training college teachers’ professional ethics has important practical significance and long-term managers and teachers themselves worthy of public security institutions to conduct depth study.The starting point of this study is to explain important concepts, category, characteristics, value,etc. If the starting point of a deviation, is bound to affect the follow-up study. Teachers’ professional ethics training of police colleges should first clear understanding of the culture of the core object, the object is essential connotation, extension characteristics are all important decisions based on the implementation process of culture. In addition, only the importance of clear public security of teachers’ professional ethics training of police colleges, in order to enhance power to explore related research. Even teachers’ professional ethics training of police colleges for many aspects of public security education, public security and other ranks of great practical meaning, but present in the teachers’ professional ethics training of police colleges there are still many problems. Ethics,personnel training, team image, career development and so to varying degrees had a negative impact.Tracing the source of these problems is not accidental, but has profound practical roots.It is conceivable that if the problems of teachers’ professional ethics training of police colleges not timely correct measures to solve them, the team with the ability to image quality of teachers inevitably deteriorating public security institutions, student training and student growth will be directly affected, ultimately damage public security education and public security work development.To enhance teachers’ professional ethics in police College level, and improve the overall problem of teachers’ professional ethics training yet to be progress, we must start from the concept of scientific management, cultivate and practice the core values of the police, to strengthen the institutional system of teachers’ professional ethics training to create a good cultural atmosphere on campus.
