On The Causes Of The Unemployment Problem In China And Countermeasures

In1990 ?s, the job situation of our country is becoming more and more severer and the population out of work is becoming more and more larger, this situation is restricting our system reform and economic decvelopment seriously , and even en- dangering the social stability the grand situation. Following the logical idea from the general to the special and from the repre- sentation to the essence, this article analyzed comprehensively the problem of un- employment. It includes three main parts: First of all, I studied the characteristics of the unemployment in China and the consequent harm from the large scale Un- employment. Secondly, I analyse completely the reasons that caused the problem of unemployment of China, finding that we have the general reasons and the spe- cial reasons as well, where the latter focus on the population increasement, system switch, industrial construction adjustment, economic fluctuations and the transfer of the rural surplus labor. Based on the analysis of the previous two parts, the third part of this article provide a countermeasure to the problem of unemploy- ment of China.
