International Capital Flows, And Our Strategic Thinking

The financial crisis of the year 1997 greatly, influenced the economy of Asia and the whole world. Some people owed the crisis to the international capital flow, which brought about a prosperous economy to Southeast Asia previously. In view of this,we begin to study the international capital flow from a new angle, that is, we focus not only on the positive aspect of the international capital flow, but also the negative aspect of it.China's open policy makes it much more exposed to the economy of the world than before. So how can we face the challenge and seize the opportunities? Mow can we profit from the foreign investment? What do we learn from the international crisis and take precautions against the financial risks? The above questions will be dealt with in the following article.
