International Project Tender Bidding Theory And Strategy

The thesis does a systematic research on the subject of bidding theory and strategy in international contraction project tenders (ICPT). First it introduces the basic theory of tenders and bids, including their properties and profiles. And exempted on ICPT, it sets forth the special traits of international tenders. Next it probes the ICPT competitive theory, the offer strategy models based on the said theory, and the issue of 揳rt of offer*. To heighten his level of decision-making, the bidder has to adopt some quantitative methods, and has to deal with such economic factors as interest rate and exchange rate. Finally, to the question of Chinese bidders* bidding strategies in ICPT, it presents a lot of strategic bidding skills, and analyses and evaluates the low-offer-strategy often adopted by Chinese bidders in IC PT.
