The Call Center can do these and provide customers with satisfactory services. Therefore, it is the means by which enterprises can improve their competitiveness.This thesis takes call Center in Dalian Diesel Engine Factory of FAW Group Corporation as its research object. Based on present developing trend of Call Center and the present situation of marketing management and call center in Dalian Diesel Engine Factory of FAW Group Corporation, the author emphasizes on probing how to further develop Call Center System of Dalian Diesel Engine Factory of FAW Group Corporation.
