| With the development of science and technology, the competition of Color Picture Tube (CPT) industry become more and more intense and the profit margin become more and more limited. As a result, it is urgent for all the CPT enterprises to enhance their product competitiveness.This dissertation takes "LG Shuguang Electronics Co., Ltd (LGESG)" as a case to be researched. Based on Analytic Hierarchy.Process (AHP) model, it analyzes the main factors that contribute to the product competitiveness of LGESG and provides some valuable suggestions to improve its competitive status.
