With the development of the market economy, more and more mid-min enterprises have grown-up. Because of historical reasons, the unsuitable management strategy appeared in many Chinese mid-min enterprises. The management strategy decides the future of the enterprise. If there is something wrong in the management strategy, the enterprise can not sustain very long in the market economy, even there are delicate management in the operation level. It is just because there are something wrong in the management strategy in many Chinese mid-min enterprises, the average life of Chinese mid-min enterprise is about 10 years. Few enterprises can sustain 100 years.After several years struggle in the beginning, many mid-min enterprises have owned quantity of social resource and market position. Because of the unsuitable management strategy, the routine operation can not work smoothly. So, when the enterprises enter the stage of rapid growth, the development of the enterprises will be blocked. After the observation of many Chinese mid-min enterprises, we find many problems in the management strategy in those enterprises. They are: 1. Not very sensitive to the change of the environment, can not adjust it's management strategy with the change of the market. 2. Not very aware of the future and objective of the enterprise. No systemic market analysis and investigation, personal experience guides the operation of those enterprises. 3. Old management strategy and old operation structure are still working in those enterprises. There are confuses in the routine operation, and so those enterprises are lead into crisis. 4. There are unsuitable of management strategy and resource, which can be operated by enterprise. Or there are unsuitable of the management and enterprise power. 5. The old fashion technique is still in working. This will block the development of those enterprises, and some of those enterprises disappeared before their grow-up. In this paper we will discuss themanagement strategy design and analysis in mid-min enterprises. The mid-min enterprises in Hongkong and IKEA in Sweden ( as a furniture mail shop in 1949 and developed as a global furniture enterprise in 1991 ) will set as examples for us to analyze the success management strategy design of mid-min enterprises. We hope Chinese enterprises can learn from those enterprises and design the management strategy in a scientific way.When we analysis the management strategy in Chinese mid-min enterprises, what is the main problem? Market? Employee? Cost? Profit? Production exploitation or pressure from shareholder? The answer is "Yes, but not all." In a deep analysis, we found that the main problem which enterprises are facing is survival and development. Why some enterprises can survive for hundred years, and some even can't not live 20 years? Why Chinese mid-min enterprise life is less than 10 years in general? In market competition, why some enterprises can talent show themselves off and some can not? The main different is the management strategy design. The rational strategy can lead enterprises acquire full development, even bring them back to life when they meet crisis. An unsuitable one could make healthy enterprise ruin.The main problem for the mid-min enterprises is how to manage the growth of the enterprise. The growth rate always beyond founder's expect when enterprise working smoothly. This always means that the founder can not manage the whole enterprise by himself any more. The way which managers in mid-min enterprises manage the enterprises is decided by the characteristics of the enterprise. The power of the enterprise decides how to design the management strategy. Showing the trait of enterprise greatly will increase the competition ability in market, and this will defeat your competitor. Select suitable specialist as your planed.
