Philosophical Reflection On Knowledge-based Economic System And Countermeasures

The thesis mainly focuses on systematic environment and structure of knowledge economy from system philosophy viewpoint, prospecting the influence of knowledge economy on the human society, and putting forward the countermeasures to deal with knowledge economy.The advent of knowledge economy is long-lasting and inevitable, which is the result of optimizing structure of economic system in human society, the result of knowledge permeating into every elements of economic system, the result of the development of material economy. And knowledge economy must be taken material economy as the base.The knowledge economy is the outcome of integrating knowledge with economy from manufacturing process. In social economic system, natural environment^ resources environments institution environments cultural environment, have been taken place changes, which led to changes in structure of social economy accordingly, thereby gave rise to knowledge economy.The essence of knowledge economy, integrating knowledge with economy, is the combination of two tides "knowledge economized" and "economy knowledged", and drawing forth other features from its essence .Under knowledge economy, there will be appeared new regulations in the function of social economy, such as, conscious activity s flow of commodity values, profits increasing progressively, and sustainable development of economy.Human concepts industrial structure and employment structure have been changed by knowledge economy, and leading to globalization of economy s science and technology, which require the changes of educational form and content accordingly, so as to suit to the sharp changes in social economy.In order to take a challenge proposed by knowledge economy, educations science and technology, industry s laws culture etc , should be innovated comprehensively, establishing cultural environment to favorable innovation ,and forming a kind of social atmosphere to favorable innovation, and ensuring innovation approved by overall society, becoming a common practice.
