Through the thorough analysis from the practical management point of view, enterprise existence and development resources can be basically determined as four large systems of human resources, financial resources, material resources and information resources. With the rapid development of knowledge economy, the human society is undergoing the severe test of new idea. The human resources leap on the historical stage and become the core and foundation of the existence and development of an enterprise. In the worldwide marketing circumstance grown up gradually, the competition among enterprises, in the final analysis, is the competition of human wisdom and ability and between human resources development and management standard of enterprises. In the face of the international competition, the prosperous road had to go by our enterprises is to keep fastly up with the paces of the times, reform and innovate the existing management system on traditional view. On the basis of the above, the paper discusses the questions related with the human resources at the knowledge economy age respectively in four parts.The first part introduces briefly the historical development of human resources management. It studies the concept and features of human resources management and discusses briefly the contemporary human resources management and its impact for the traditional personnel management.The second part analyzes the features of the time at the knowledge economy period and its impact for the traditional management. It discusses the main and outstanding characteristic of the human resources for enterprise management at the knowledge economy period.The third part studies exploratorily a few problems placed stress on settlement in the matter of human resources management for enterprises at the knowledge economy period and its specific settlement way.The fourth part introduces briefly the problem of the human resources management for international enterprises.
